My site is constantly growing. My biggest bottleneck right now is not being able to work on it. It's hard to find a reliable developer that has good communication skills and a good standard for working.

PJR, I have a friend who started his own software consulting business and is in constant contact with outsourced developers. I can talk to him if you want to speak to him about the project and are still looking for developers. I know he has a few good ones that I used to work with in Singapore and the Philippines.
