So I was moved out of sales a few months ago into the Marketing Dept, specifically Web Marketing. My boss originally said that he come up with one, but still nothing. Anyway it's time to order some new business cards and he said to come up with a few to pass by him, but I'm completely stumped. My job duties include entering in all orders placed on our website, answer all customer emails, make corrections to the store when needed, and of course all the other random things thrown at me. So does anyone have some good ideas? Thanks

Jerry

Don't put a title at all. Just your name.

If your boss asks you why, tell them you're in a dynamic profession and you want to save money on the reprints when your job function changes.

We dont' use titles on our cards. Why limit anyone?

That's actually quite brilliant! That does make sense though, because I so so many different things here. Thanks!

I would agree with Diane on this. Given that your job duties vary from customer relations to invoice creation to website maintenance, there really isn't a single title that would do it justice. Also, it doesn't seem like a necessity in the hierarchy of the company if your boss has neglected to assign a title to your position.
