A restaurant I go to was asking for my advice last week. My friend told me that sales are really low, and they need to figure out how to get them up. Apparently the marketing team must not be doing a great job.

Im wondering if i should help them out and offer my consultation for a monthly fee?

Here's what I'm dealing with:

- this a mexican restaurant, with about 4 locations in different cities nearby.

- they have a website, but i don't see any billboards in my area. A major flaw in a city filled with about 100+ chains.

- theres nothing special on their menu, just good old texmex food that taste good (maybe i can suggest them to differentiate their products).

- there is one competitive mexican restaurant down the road that doesn't have better food, but they have a bigger restaurant with a waterfall, and better layout (similar to how MJ compared the hotels in his book). This competitive restaurant also has 3 locations in this area as well.
