I have an idea for a site, that will allow for freelance writers to post articles pertaining to its NICHE. I want to develop a system that will allow for rep points pertaining to the articles and page views number of comments and so on. These rep points are then used to wagger on, I dont want to give the idea away to much but Writers with High rep points will then be able to purchase items pertaining to the niche.

For my question: Will wordpess allow me to implement this type of Website with its tools or should i start somewhere else. If so what do you recommend?
