I can no longer log into WP

A day or two ago I installed a Google Analytics plug-in.

Now, every time I attempt to log into WP I get this page;

Any idea how to change this if I can't log in?? Do I have to unistall WP from cPanel, and then reinstall it... losing all of my content in the process.
