well.... my first post
Hello to you all, I'm Mike from Wales in the uk, im not quite with it but hey
i am wide awake and its 2;15am here. I'll try and keep it short.
I work for myself fixing cars, production machinery etc and last week i was in a factory slipped broke my arm then my life just stopped! I am now stuck at home unable to drive or earn any money, not so bad if i was single but i have a family to take care of. now im stuck sat here trying to turn things around
anyway this is an idea i had i have a facebook group for people in my local area to sell unwanted items on, I have almost 7000 members some of which are local businesses. about about 60 items ad day are listed for sale. I was thinking of starting a local free ads news paper. i got people who would like to sell items to fill the pages, it could be for eg sell your car, tv whatever and i will let the public do this for free and i think it will be popular, what i was thinking was to sell the advertising space in the paper to pay for printing etc. I realise the firs few issues will be hard but belive i could make a good return once it is set up.
What do you think? slowlane? no lane?
Then next step if all goes to plan and works in my area would be to expand to other areas of the uk and go nation wide??? or turn it in to a franchise? could that be fastlane?
anyway my arm is aching after this, you wouldn't believe how long this has taken me to write with one good arm and a fuzzy head.
