I'm selling a Meme site on Flippa. Not exactly "fastlane," but it makes a few bucks in ad revenue and can be automated if you choose. Heck, some sites have made it, so it can be done. 9gag, memebase, quickmeme, etc. Figured I'd at least mention it here in case someone wanted a new project--I don't have time for it anymore. Probably the biggest selling point is that the Google+ page has over 500,000 real followers. It's the first page the shows up on Google Plus for the term "Meme" which is probably why it grows by almost 2,000 followers per day.
