How to start up with little down capital?

I have a bunch of ideas in my head about what would be good startups, whats the best way to start with little to no down capital?

I am thinking about learning SEO and IM and coding from scratch over the next 6 months so I have control over all of my potential upstarts, even writing all content on MS word and then only launching once the full site(s) is ready to rock and roll.

I'm looking at a bunch of web hosting providers and I think siteground and site5 stand out as the best, would you agree or recommend another option?
