I have some questions about starting platforms.
I take limos.com as an example @MJ DeMarco.
When I have my own service (lets say a car wash) and my service costs 100$ it is relatively easy to make a profit, when a click costs ~ 0.7$.
Now lets say I want to build a platform like limos.com, where I earn a small % per customer or lead:
How could I advertise and scale this without getting capital to get it started / reach the critical mass of people to get it running?
