How to Find HNW People to Contact for a 17th Century Business Model?

Hey everyone,

I was hoping I could pick the hive minds brains on this one.

I've been trying a few things over the years to make money from music. Teaching has been the most reliable source of income, but it's not something I'm interested in doing for the rest of my life. I'm trying to find a way out of teaching.

I've been working on my composition skills and have reached what I think is a high level, writing in a classical style.

I had the idea of pursuing an old fashioned business model, and finding people interested in paying me to compose.

People could pay to have me compose something, and they could have their name on the title, have a private performance in their home, have limited edition CDs made for them.

Prices would start at around £400 to have a something like a 3 minute(ish) string quartet composed. If they wanted it professionally (rather than being played back on my computer) recorded that would be extra.

An album of string quartets, professionally recorded would be something like £5,000 - £11,000.

I've done professional albums before, so composing and managing a project like this is something that I can do fine.

And then had no idea how to find people to approach.

Should I cold email people, cold phone calls? Send out flyers to expensive houses in London (I'm based in West London, UK)?

Do you have any thoughts on this?
