How to find a partner?

Hello,

Some of you might have come across my other threads regarding my success with Groupon affiliate and marketing method to promote my coaching service of my proved Groupon affiliate method. I recently coached few people and it was successful they managed to earn quit good amount. I'm charging 40% of what they earn in first month. Now I've planed to start my coaching portal site which will make my task easy and more effective.

I'm looking for a partner who can spend some time on it and invest in development of the site as well being 50% owner of the venture. I really need someone as it is getting hard to manage everything all alone.

So what I need is how can I find a partner? Internet is full of scams so is there any kind of service which protects me? something like Escrow but I'm not sure how it can work. Let me know.
