Hi is there a macro or a way to automate this process?

I am using this free Email Extractor extension to scrape emails: Email Extractor

The problem is that to scrape (in this case copy and paste those E-Mail ID's) I have to visit each tab...is there a way to set up a macro so that visits each tab/website url and copies and paste the emails from each tab/website so that I dont have to do it manually?
