We have all been told many times to read lots, since acquiring new knowledge is key to development and success.

With all the endless content that exists nowadays (books, or YouTube videos), how much learning should be done each day? At what point does this become excessive? Currently, I read an hour a day, and might watch a free seminar on YouTube for about an hour a day. I have heard of some people reading much more than I do each day.

What are your opinions on this topic?
