How much can you really make on ads?

Hello,

I am about to launch my company and want to know how much you can actually make on ads (Google Adsense, exclusive deals, etc...) and if the $ per impression is worth cluttering up a very clean and simple website.

I have no idea about advertising online and after some research can't seem to find out how much $ per impressions is average....if thats even a thing?

I think it's determined by the people you're advertising for.

Here ya go! http://webgilde.com/en/how-much-does-adsense-pay/ Mind you this is only for adsense.It says somewhere down in the readings that a guy gets 48$ per a thousand visits.I'm not going to hand you all the information as personal research is always important,but i'm sure you can expect somewhere of 3$ to 50$ per a thousand visits.I believe that number is after google takes it's cut from it too.
