My favorite podcast, I listen to it every week.

The book is largely just rehashed podcast into book form, so didn't have much value add for me, but would be great stories to read if someone was unfamiliar

I think the How I Built This content is great for anyone starting out, to get a grasp on what goes into building a successful company (and how it will take longer than you think).

It's also great when you're struggling, to hear that literally every entrepreneur on the show (except Michael Dell) struggled a ton early on, and that you're not alone.
