Hello to all. For starters, thanks for creating such a great community and a wealth of information for everyone to learn from. I'm from Florida and Matt is the name. I'm 24, hardly close to being wealthy, but in the fastlane of learning so I can change that. I'm a firm believer that you achieve the greatest learning when helping others (teach or pass), as you see things from new angles. I'm here to learn a little about e-biz and REI. My current plan is to generate cashflow from an e-biz, to invest in real estate. I have a long way to go, but investing is a fun game.
