So I was looking for competitors in my space, I'm in the space of teenage bodybuilding. Most of the subscription sites have a lot of bad reviews and things of that nature but there's one in particular in the crossfit space that has over 40,000 members and 99% of the reviews are good. I can't call this company a direct competitor, but they seem to be the only ones doing something right. How do you model a company like this if they're already so big? Where do you start?
