There is a website with a domain name which I want. The website doesn't look like its been updated recently and it has a very basic HTML design. There is an email address and I am currently writing out the email to the owner. If the website owner agrees to sell, what would be the best way to pay for this domain. I don't really understand how the ownership of domains work so could somebody please give me some advice.
