Maybe you were just looking at the wrong market. I've never heard of a party bus for high school kids here in Scotland. Not really sure what the point of it would be but as i'm from a different country i guess we just have a different way of doing things. We do have a party bus though but it is for adults. You have drinks on the bus and it drives around the bars in the local villages and basically spend the night getting hammered in new places you wouldn’t normally go to. Also saves getting a taxi home. Maybe you should keep the idea and negotiate with the bus driver to do that with older folk. Put up posters, sell tickets or something?
