Hello! I am working on a site, where I mainly post content about meditation. It just hit me that I won't ever do something if the community is too small. I'm trying to figure out how big is the meditation community... Any tips?

It is difficult to find out the exact size of a community. But we can make an educated guess.
Join forums, facebook groups, subreddits related to meditation and figure out how many people are in these group and how many of them are engaging regularly. This will help you figure it out.

Maybe the community is too big. That's a huge subject. Can you better define your audience?

Your community is way too big.

If you're writing for a community that big, you might as well be writing for nobody.

Niche down if you want to solve a need. Become the best content site that exists for that niche. If you can't be the best, then you haven't niched down far enough.

People who are active online and interested in meditating, who would watch a good video about meditation.

Seriously? Go for it. Try it. Maybe then you will want to narrow your focus, find your nitch, and therefore your audience.
