How Can I Automate Content Aggregation?

I'm building a content based app for a client.

The app displays a list of recipes for a certain niche. Currently, we have to enter all of the recipes into the database by hand. So for example, we have to do the following:

1) Find a recipe
2) Enter the title
3) Enter description
4) Upload image

If I had a CSV file then I could bulk upload all of the content to the database.

I'm looking for a way to automate the process. Options so far:

1) Hire a VA - We will do this eventually. But we need to quickly build up a database.
2) PLR content - I can't find any PLR recipes out there on the internet.

Is there a service or software that can pull recipes from the internet and load them into a CSV file?
