good question. Persuasion was never an issue for me but she is BEYOND desperate at this point. I want to get all of the info so that I do the right thing by her. Its just good business. @CashFlow depot is the expert at this but my main selling point would be TIME.
Is it worth it to you to get 15k less but unload your cancer of a property OR wait and hope to sell for MAYBE 15k more in 6 months or a year while you pay your monthly mortgage and taxes &insurance monthly?
Sounds like a no brainer to me.
