I'm new here. I posted for about 3 years at the other place. It's became useless. I'm looking forward to this new forum. A little about me: I'm a residential RE specialist. Late 30's with 15+ years experience is RE sales. Among the top ten Coldwell Banker agents in Ohio for 7 or 8 of those years. Own 20 SFR. I have developed a small subdivision, flipped, rehabbed and held for rental, etc. I have a Brokers License and an Appraisers License in Ohio. I know residential RE very well and have done most of what you can do in that area. I have limited commercial experience and a little experience with apartments. I'll help out with topics I know about and shut up when I don't know.
I'm what alot of people consider rich, but I don't consider myself rich. I feel like I'm heading the right direction, but in the slow lane. I'm looking to expand my context and help others do the same. I've been lurking for a few weeks and this forum has been an inspiration to me so I thought its time to get more involved. Thanks.
