A partner and I (banker and real estate agent) are going to team up and buy some property to rent out. We are in the research stage now, so we are looking at how to setup our company. We are going to focus on sub 100g houses right next to two major military bases. We are shooting to own maybe 4-5 properties in the next year, each with positive cashflow.
My question, how would you set this up? Just go as a LLC (partnership) and leave it? Is there a smarter way? I am still learning, so please walk me thru everything you can...I need help
