I am going to take some of Mr. DeMarco's advice to heart, namely that part of my problem is I've been an entrepreneurial polygamist, scattershooting, unfocused, and chasing money wherever I can find it. I'm going to get as monogamous as I can next.

I've made a list of the best business ideas I have come up with. Now I want to run them through a Weighted Action Decision Matrix. Please suggest categories/criteria I should consider as part of my scoring!

I was also wondering: is it a legitimate category to poll someone you respect as to which ideas they like best, and incorporate that into the WADM?
