Hello everyone. I'd like to start off by saying I love the site and think this is the perfect place to get advice on how to escape the rat race and start enjoying a better lifestyle. I am full of questions and am hoping 2010 is the year I start turning some of my dreams into reality. It's great to be part of the forum and look forward to getting to know some of you.

I'm interested in real estate. I have a degree in Finance so I'm a numbers guy for the most part although I love thinking outside the box and trying to find ways to make a little change.
