Who am I?
Dalton. 21 year old male. From small town middle America.
Not sure how much to share here pretty average typical story for a young aspiring entrepreneur.

• Was going to school on a football scholarship to be a doctor.
• Experience in sales/sales management/marketing/recruiting through a direct sales MLM
• Decided I wanted to run a business. Switched major to business.
• Realizing business school teaches you only how to work for a business, not start/run one.
• Been stuck on "Easy money programs."
• Reading wanna be Guru's books. Trying to fake being a guru on a blog...
• Coming up with crazy world changing business ideas that will never actually get off the ground...

Thats who I was/am and what brought me here..

$30 million net worth by 30 is who I am going to be.

I do not know my vehicle yet.

I thought all day about potential markets and problems they are having. My favorites from today:
Make a million peoples lives easier-
how can I make the process of buying food and getting it on the table easier for my mother and consumers like her?
Teach a million people something-
1 minute news? give people the current events that they NEED to know WITHOUT the fluff in a professional manor with a short time commitment.
Million peoples emotions- LOVE
Dating site based upon double dates. exponentially less creepy/awkward I would think. By the model alone everyone has to bring in at least 1 other person.

Any potential value here?
Am I way off base?
Could you link 1 or 2 of the threads with the most value to someone in my position?

Thanks. Excited to be here. Yes, I've read the book through once. Re-reading it again. Can't put the thing down ha.
Are there other books that I should be looking into? Others without the feel good bs fluff?

I am also looking for a business idea I can start NOW. Maybe not THE ONE. But just something to get my entrepreneurial gears turning and get some money flowing in. Right now I'm serving at a restaurant in town. Trying to drop that asap.

You will find that product/service/business that's meant for you, if you keep pushing. Just know that it's a process. Like this guy describes (vid below).

@Mrs. BRKb Great video. The digging or as @MJ DeMarco recently put it, the grind, is what it seems I've been doing the past dozen years or so. BUT I've found my focus now. Thanks for sharing that. In fact, I think it deserves it's own thread. You should post that in a new thread.

Op... Things don't always work out like you plan, but if you stick around here, learn a few things, and actually take some action I'm sure you will be a happy 30 year old.

Start now...
