I finally reached the threshold where I wanted to not just learn from other peoples experienced, but contribute and give back, help others learn from my mistakes and also my knowledge.

This is one of the very few forums I actually participate in, the main reason being Ive come to really respect the members and their views ... even when they're kicking me in the head.
