Hi everyone! I'm excited to be here and be a part of this great group. I think it is exactly what I need to continue my progress and hopefully I can provide some help to someone else as well.

A bit about me- I'm a late 20s healthcare professional making about 300k/year. No debt but a mortgage and happy with savings and investing. HOWEVER- I feel like I can do MORE!

I know that my current income is COMPLETELY dependent on me physically working each and every day. If I'm on vacation, sick or just tired of working I will have no income. This worries me.

I want to be able to walk away from the JOB and enjoy life on my own terms and schedule.

I want to create income streams outside of my j.o.b. I have tons of ideas and I am ready to turn some ideas into actions.

Real estate, websites, applications, business services, etc. have all crossed my mind. I'm super excited to discuss these ideas with everyone.
