I came across this site as a result of a Google search on GNMA funds. Liked what I read in just a few minutes... upbeat, intelligent, and in some cases... humorous posts without too much "salesmanship".

I will try to add value to the site by sharing my experience and knowledge within the commercial real estate arena... primarily retail and some office. Since I am at a bit of a crossroads career wise, I hope to benefit from different experiences then mine that others on the site have had. If there is any ancillary discussion about cars, travel, and surfing... well, I might chime in then as well.
