Hey,
I have stumbled upon, what it feels like, almost a perfect business opportunity.
It is an internet business that meet all the commandments, there is few competitors and a lot of crappy competitors that seem to have websites from the 1990s. There are 2 or 3 competitors that are REALLY successful, multi-billion dollar companies I think, I will not compete with these in the beginning and focus on other markets with the "bad" competitors first to gain momentum, but still I have found out that these companies have a lot of unhappy customers where I could compete with them in the future.
Low competition on HIGHLY searched keywords, millions of searches.. Both on SEO and Adwords.
It is not the most complex website that needs to be built, but it is a little challenge and it needs to be really good design and functionality as well as SEO.
I am right now working on another startup, but it is postponed at the moment.
I want to build something meanwhile, and this seems to be a very good opportunity that I don't wanna let go before I've at least tried to make something out of this.
The problem is that I need a good web developer with business sense, and I don't know where I can find one.
I know about freelancer and elance.com but I don't think that's the way to go. I want to have a business partner that has the skills I lack in webdevelopment.. An equal partner that doesn't need any money upfront and that are as hungry and motivated as I am to build a successful company.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
