Graphics on Sales Landing Page

Hello all,

Thanks again for the guys that have helped me thus far. It is much appreciated. I've been doing some extensive research on clickbank and it appears that a lot of the top sales pages have the same graphics or make up. I was wondering if these graphics (aka big submit button, or text highlighting) was part of a canned addon or if people are just taking buttons from other people. If it is a fee based product please point me in the direction of some good sources if possible.
