Hey everyone,

I've been diving into various goal-setting methods lately, but I find myself struggling with a fundamental aspect – understanding what genuinely matters to me. It's not about setting goals; it's about figuring out what I truly care about achieving.

How do you navigate this? What strategies or insights have helped you uncover your genuine passions and aspirations? I'd love to hear about your experiences and gather some valuable feedback.

Thanks in advance for your insights.

I just follow my heart
it even changes with time
that's nature
if it doesnt change that would be scary

as a saved a shelter dog I defined my purpose to when I get rich I want to help all of them
recently I even became vegan due to animal welfare

I know don't care about the latest iPhone to impress other teens
only the real things stay and will become more important to you with time.
I experience this with religion in times I feel bad, it's antifragile

It is very simple. You do not sit on your a$$ asking stupid questions.
You DO SOMETHING! ANYTHING.

Example:

Do you think you could have a passion for becoming an actor?

Try acting in front of people. Attending acting classes. Is it still something you like? Good job! You found out.

No?

Good job! Don't despair, find something else.

If instead, you asked this question on forums you would not know.

Blah blah blah.. Content without context. Exactly as I remember 20-25-year-olds back in my days. Yes, it is bad to ask this question. At this point, you should have known this answer already. The answer is DO MORE, talk less.
