So recently I got my dad interested in this whole internet phenomenon and got him to start his own blog. He plans on retiring from his business in the next 2 years and wants to shift gears into helping middle age and older people get into better shape. He's 58 these days and by all standards is in great shape. Most punk kids my age can't keep up with him. He's been doing his research and man is it crazy.
Did you know that at age 50 the average amount of prescriptions is 6(!?) and that 90% of them are preventable!? I can't imagine taking 6 pills for stuff every day! That's insane!
