Well, overregulation tends to be a trait of crony capitalism... keep the big guys in (friends) and the little guys (enemies) out.
While these are ridiculous, they should never stop you from pursuing your dreams.
It is sad that we live in this type of bureaucratic environment. Just listening to the Miami portion had me laughing. Sadly, the info is true.
