Hello,
I found out about TMF by @MJ DeMarco while looking for answers to why my business of 2 years failed. Sure, some part of me knew some of the things I had done wrong but I have always tried not to keep making the same mistakes over and over. Although my last business did not quite work out, I learned definitively that I love being in the producer's seat rather than the consumer's seat.
I currently still work a 9-to-5 ( taking a break at the moment) but I have been actively reading books on entrepreneurship for quite some time. I remember being at work one morning and looking around at my superiors; deep down I knew I didn't want their overworked 20-30 years of slowlane work experience. I am here to be in a community where the entrepreneurial mindset is high and everyday freedom has already been achieved by some.
To those who have exited the rat race in this community, a big congratulations ( see you on that side
. To the rest of us working our way to that goal, all the very best on the journey ahead.
