Hey All - First post. Hoping for a little guidance and input on the numbers.
I've been considering putting together a product free trial offer that converts to a monthly subscription (re-bill) after 30 days. I've got the numbers worked out to where they make sense (to me) and what I believe is a good product in a very large niche.
Calls are "Voice Broadcasts" so only prospects that are interested (Press 1) are transferred to a sales rep. Customers will only be asked to pay the shipping and handling rate.
My questions are:
I've assumed, what I think is conservatively, that 50% of customers who sign up for the free trial will cancel before they're billed and that only 50% of the people that indicate interest in the offer by pressing 1 will actually sign up.

- What are typical, conservative conversion rates for telemarketers with free trial offers?
- What is a decent hourly wage for a telemarketer? What's a decent commission per sale?
- What are typical, conservative cancellation rates for free trial offers where a physical product is involved BEFORE the first bill?
- Anyone have experience with Voice Broadcasting companies? Which is best?
