Hey all,
Does anybody know a good post or resource that talks about how to compensate an online ad buyer appropriately? I understand that cost of acquiring customers will be different and everybody's lifetime customer value will be different. That being said…I'd love to see some others people formulas or some other peoples thoughts on the matter.
We've had plenty of contractors but I've never had a sales person/ad buyer work for this company.
I need to make sure the pay rate I'm providing will bring profits and not acquire customers at too high of a #.
Thanks in advance!
