[Whole Paradigm]

Hell All,

I'm looking for a low monthly rate that will allow me international calling. I see that voip has unlimited long-distance and local but it looks like its for US and Canada. Am I missing something? I need international calling.

I'm unsure about low 'monthly' rate but you can use Skype for free (if the other person has an Internet connection and a computer) or you can use Google Voice for low minute rates to international landlines and mobiles.
