Hello guys.

I have created a start up related to Food business.

where users can post home dishes and other interested users can buy those dishes.

Now I'm facing issues with food licencing , as some countries require people to have food licence to sell home made food.

now if user who is not having food licence start selling food though my site[business], so who will be held responsible.

is it me or the user? , how to tackle this issue, will putting disclaimer while registration will help?.

Please let me know.

my site is Order Home made food ,Indian food ,chiken biryani, cake , indian snacks , pizza , prawn dishes, butter chicken, breakfast, dinner, indian Recipes, Sell food

You have to check with your local ordinance, city, state, province, federal. Ask an attorney who is familiar with the laws/regulations in your area of the world. I'd guess the regulators would go after you if they had a problem, as you would be the easiest target.

I'm not sure what your laws are. You could see how eatwith.com legally does something similar.
