Speaking from experience, renting to evacuees through FEMA is a bad idea….kind of sad when the government is slower to pay than regular tenants. I won't even mention how they treated my property. It was a nightmare. On the flip side; at least we’ll be able to pick these houses up at $0.10 on the dollar when they’re finished with them!
