For those interested in sales, which should be everyone here since starting a business relies on you getting sales - Dame Dash is an excellent salesman and businessman. When you watch the video, notice how he relates to the radio hosts by using his children as an example.

Notice how he never mentions anything to do with money or wealth, instead he uses examples of what being a boss could be like for their children. He uses examples like having their child's last name in the brand name, what it would be like to pick their children up from school in the morning and not have to worry about being to work on time, and how Dame doesn't have to ask somebody to get his son in a movie, he just does it. Awesome selling technique to have somebody envision what the other side could be like.
