I recognize that the way I have been running my real estate investing business is not the fastlane way... I wont consider myself a sidewalk since I have systems in my business and have employees doing most of the day to day work, but how can I make this business go to the FASTLANE LEVEL?
I think I need to change my business plan!

I have been purchasing single & multifamily homes for the past year, I have been doing good but its a struggle to get the good deals (bottleneck) and when I dont find them, having my team bussy has been a problem.... This business is all about the deal! So if I'm having problems in this area, something is not right!
I have a great team but I dont want to be doing outside jobs just to keep them bussy... contractor? NEVER! We hire some subs but I have great team leaders who take care of every detail of the rehab.
