Just downloaded the app from the App Store. First thing I’d add is Apple and Google Auth Sign In. It makes getting started easier and removes unnecessary friction.

The app looks great so far, and I think it has a lot of potential. I work out consistently and One thing I’d love to see is a personalized workout plan where I can open the app on Monday and know exactly what machines to use for back and biceps, including sets, reps, weights, and cardio. Then Tuesday, it lays out leg day, abs, and cardio. Basically, tell me what to do instead of just giving me the option to log a workout.

I also think an AI fitness coach similar to Duolingo, It could be a killer feature. Could possibly add this to the onboarding page and hit them with a 7 day free trial given their first impression. So it’s Something that learns my goals, diet, weak points, and schedule, then builds and adjusts my routine as I progress. Add exercise demonstrations, form guides, rest timers, and alternatives when machines are taken, and you’re solving real problems people have at the gym.

I’d also improve the onboarding and UI Layout. When I first opened the app, I felt a little lost, and switching between tabs felt clunky. A more distinct Brand COLOR identity, smoother transitions, and a clear daily workout on the home screen would make the experience feel much more polished.

My biggest advice is to focus on what makes people come back every day, not just adding features. Make the app feel like a personal coach that guides you on what to do, helps you improve, and tracks your progress. I’d also review the TECH STACK now before building too much more on top of it. I genuinely think there’s something here if you get the experience right.

What are your Core MOATS for this app?

Also I Bolded words with your app core pain points and frictions.

Other than anything else, your app does not need to look pretty but if it can solve simple pain points that people need, your app will be successful.

Great Job on the progress, I’m enjoying the app so far!
