I was reading through in Think & Grow Rich and came across the words before starting Chapter II on Desire...
"Whatever THE MIND OF MAN can CONCEIVE and BELEIVE he can ACHIEVE"
Instantly, when I had read that, I was nudged and brought to remembrance regarding the Tower of Babel in the Bible found in Genesis 11.
Gen 11:1 "Now the whole world had one language and a common speech" and so they decided to build themselves a tower that would stretch into heaven. What becomes interesting is these men acted in unification to that like a "mastermind" group which was centered on one goal, pulling from expertiste among themselves to accomplish the task.
Where it catches my attention is Gen 11:6:
"If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them."
Even the Bible acknowledged that the mind God created contained the capability and power within it as it was made in God's likeness. There is nothing impossible when the mind is put to the task. Where it becomes dangerous is when these goals manifest into things that can create severe consequences & harmful side-effects for a person, society, or mankind overall.
I just thought I would openly share that observation that triggered while reading that.
