I very recently learned about a thing called ERP's from a friend studying International Business Management at university. ERP's are basically software systems that allow a business owner to manage their company, by integrating tons of functions into one system.
For example, they could allow you to integrate your sales orders, inventory, CRM, scheduling, employee tasks, to-do lists, and more... all into one system that uses information from one module into all of the others.
I don't currently use an ERP system, though my friend believes it would be highly beneficial for the stage my company is in. I'm wanted to start a conversation about whether or not anybody here currently uses an ERP system, has heard of them before, has recommendations for specific software, or otherwise. Cheers!
