This is an issue i'm having at work (my slow lane job):
Anytime we offer a discount/promotion like we did for black friday/cyber monday, we always have people contact us after and complaining that they didn't know about the promotion, they want the discount applied to their orders placed after, etc..
Do you normally honor those discounts? for how long after the promotion?
Is there a way to avoid this? It just seems like we shoot ourselves in the foot by offering promotions to potential customers because then even more people are upset.
