Hey all. My wife and I have struggled to get our dryer to function well in our new house.
We spent $200-$300 to clear out the vents, which run the length of the garage.
I've attached and re-attached the vent connector at the back of the dryer multiple times.
My wife insists on drying things on low.
To address this, we Google'd ideas.
The most common response that seemed to receive the most positive support from readers was dropping a dry towel in the dryer with the wet clothes:

We also found Dryer Balls:
All I can think of from a marketing perspective is, "Don't forget to drop your balls in the dryer."
And, we used these items. They don't work for one. For another, they pick up lint and spread it to your other clothes... the kind you don't want lint on.
FREE IDEA: Re-purpose a towel. Find a micro-fiber towel, sell it as a "Cape" for a "Super-charged" dryer and save the planet, save your energy bill.

Why not create a fun magnet that hangs off of the side of a dryer, create a towel with a logo that resembles a cape and sell it for $19.99 to dry faster, save energy and save the planet?
