Feel like I'm missing something here.

It's a reference to a comment Obama made. Lol. I was actually pretty shocked it came out of his mouth. He basically said small business can thank government infrastructure for their success. How on earth would entrepreneurs survive with out red tape?

Oh I see. I used to pay a lot more attention to that stuff, but got sort of overwhelmed and stopped. Been meaning to pick it up again in a way that is manageable . . . someday.
