Hello, Through reading and improving communication. planning and executing the plan for my own social media advertising agency .There is a discovered road block. The fact success scares me. I desire to be better than the best at creating and delivering Value. So much it blindfolded me. But I learned something of myself .My unique selling proposition is the fact , I share my heart so well. No other idea will work as well as the one I am persistently working on and with now. I feel its success even now, still feel fearful of not overdelivering but that is just a challenge . This year I have overcome my fear and overdelivered just my eyes don't see it yet.But they will.
